Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987 and has spent most of his working career undertaking valuations and more detailed surveys of all types of residential properties in and around the West Surrey area.
He began his career in the Valuation Offices at both Guildford and Walton on Thames dealing with valuations for the acquisition of land and property for a variety of major road schemes. He went on to hold senior positions in large corporate organisations and several partnerships in smaller firms and is a founder Director of Acorn Surveyors Ltd.
In addition to residential surveys, Paul also undertakes valuation work for Help to Buy, Matrimonial, and Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax purposes.
He grew up and still lives in Guildford where he has a good level of local knowledge and an intimate understanding of the property market.
